1General Terms & Conditions

Abcdbet.pro (referred to hereinafter as "abcdbet", "we", or "the platform") is an online gaming and betting platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and abcdbet.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Abcdbet supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

Abcdbet may take up to 24 hours to process a withdrawal request. However, most requests are completed within 3–15 minutes on average. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification.

Abcdbet does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges, which are solely the user's responsibility.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Abcdbet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that should be read carefully before claiming.

Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times the total bonus amount must be completed.

Weekly Cashback: A cashback percentage is applied to your total weekly losses. Separate wagering requirements apply for cashback.

• A user may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any bonus not used within the specified period will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and closure of the accounts.
• Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Abcdbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and games on abcdbet are conducted directly through the platform. The following rules apply across all game categories:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a game is incomplete due to a technical error, the bet will be automatically voided and the amount refunded.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be voided and the full amount will be refunded.
• The use of automated betting software or bots on abcdbet is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, abcdbet's decision shall be considered final.

6Security & Identity Verification (KYC)

7Prohibited Activities

8Responsible Gaming Policy

Abcdbet believes gaming should be a form of entertainment. The well-being and financial security of our users are our top priorities. To support this, we offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.

9Account Closure & Termination

Abcdbet may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Legal obligation or directive from a regulatory authority.

If an account is closed without any breach of these Terms, any remaining balance will be returned to the user. However, if the closure is due to a violation of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited.

Users may request account closure at any time. In such cases, all applicable bonuses will be cancelled and the main balance will be returned.

For inactive accounts, abcdbet may apply a monthly maintenance fee after 12 months of inactivity, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

10Rule Changes & Updates

Abcdbet reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified through the following channels:

• SMS notification to the registered mobile number.
• Pop-up notification upon logging in to the platform.
• Announcement on the website notice board.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be taken as acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please request account closure.
